The Week's Highlights...
Happy Mother’s Day! Thank you PES moms for all you do for our students.
This month we have a lot of exciting things planned as a school family. Remember to check out the Monday News to find out more information about events that are happening in the school and the community.
- Thursday, May 17th is our First Annual Athletic Banquet. We will honor all our wonderful student-athletes.
- Friday May 18th, is Grand –Person’s Day Chapel. 5th grade students have been working hard on their Grand-Person’s Chapel presentation. Students are really excited as a group to share their presentation.
Parents, please make sure that students are dressed in the morning in the appropriate uniform for the day. We want to make sure that students in Middle School are following the proper uniform guidelines. For PE, students are to wear their Gray PE shirts or their Tie-Dye Matthew 25 shirts only. Students may not wear their red Gryphon shirts on PE days.
As the weather is constantly changing, parents please make sure students bring proper outerwear to school. Students may only wear PES outerwear all day. If students have other coats and jackets, they may wear them outside during recess and as students are transitioning to and from classes. However, students may not wear non-PES outerwear during instructional time inside the classrooms.

PES Gives Back... As part of the PES mission, students are regularly engaged in school-wide and class organized service opportunities.
CAMPUS SAFETY – SIGN IN & PASSES
All parents need to sign in at the front desk and receive a visitor pass. Those of you needing to drop something off (lunch, homework folders, etc.) are required to sign in and leave the item at the front desk for delivery to your child’s classroom. If our front office volunteers do not know who you are they will ask prior to buzzing you in.
Waste-Free Wednesday:
We are encouraging each student to pack reusable containers, flatware, and napkins to reduce waste. We ask that our healthy snacks also fill the “waste-free” requirements as well. PES is proud to do our part to Go Green as we respect and preserve the environment with which God has blessed us.
